Cheesecake and Chocolate Chip Cookie in a muffin cup

Recipe Ingredients for Toll House Cheesecake Cookie Cups

16 1/2 oz. Chocolate Chip cookie dough bar
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
16 oz. Neufchatel cheese
4 oz. strawberries
2 t. vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Toll House Cheesecake Cookie Cups

  1. Put cookie in the bottom of 24 muffin cups, bake at 350 F for 8-10 min.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients and add 3 T to each muffin cup, bake again for 18-20 min.

  3. Cool completely in the muffin pan on a wire rack, chill for an hour
