Recipe Ingredients for Tofuna

8 oz tofu, mashed
2 tbspn veganaise
1 tspn mustard
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 tbspn dried dill
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 dash garlic powder
8 lettuce leaves

Recipe Directions for Tofuna

mash tofu in a bowl, combine all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. (non-fat mayo can be used as a substitute)
