Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Yung

1/2 cup onion (chopped and sauted)
1/2 cup celery (chopped and sauted)
1 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (1 can or frozen asian vegetables)
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 lb tofu
1 1/2 tsp better then bouillion (no chicken)
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Tofu Yung

  1. Preheat oven 400'

  2. Precook the onion and celery and cool

  3. Blend the tofu (use firm or extra firm) with seasonings and corn starch

  4. Mixed the tofu with the vegetables

  5. Drop on well greased cookie sheet

  6. Bake for 20 minutes - flip and cook for 20 minutes more
