Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Wrap

1 low carb tortilla
1/2 cup of tofu
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 t sesame oil
2 t tamari
1 T pumpkin seeds
2 T black olives

Recipe Directions for Tofu Wrap

Mix tofu, sprouts, oil, tamari, olives, and seeds. Pile with sprouts in middle of wrap and roll into a burrito shape.
