Recipe Ingredients for Tofu and veggies sauté

500 grams of tofu
4 carrots
2 celery stalks
2 onions
2 zucchinis
12 mushrooms
1 red pepper
2 garlic clove
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger - fresh (or as you want)
1/3 cup coriander - fresh (or as you want)

Recipe Directions for Tofu and veggies sauté

  1. cut carotts and onions into thin-medium slices and start to cook it into a non stick pan (or wok) already hot with hot oil

  2. cut all the others veggies

  3. cut the tofu into small cubes and add into wok

  4. put everything in the pan (I like to cook veggies like peppers and zucchinis just a little so its stays crispy, so you can wait 5 min before all the others veggies are ready to add those in the wok)

  5. add the garlic

  6. add the soy sauce at the end

  7. add the fresh chopped coriander on top into plates
