4 cups brown rice
14 oz. extra firm tofu, diced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
5 celery stalks, diced
5 oz water chestnuts, sliced
5 oz onion, diced
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

  2. add marinade

  3. cook rice
