Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Veggie Scramble

1 tablespoons olive oil
1 bell pepper
2 cups kale
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 3/4 cups tofu
1 tomato

Recipe Directions for Tofu Veggie Scramble

  1. press tofu

  2. mash it up in a bowl and add the soy cause, turmeric, cayenne pepper and black pepper

  3. chop onion, cook on low heat in the olive oil

  4. add the bell pepper

  5. add kale

  6. add tofu mixture

  7. cook until heated through

  8. split into 2 servings, add chopped cherry tomatoes and fresh chopped flat leaf parsley

  9. yumminess!
