Use left over cooked rice to make this instant savoury rice

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu and vegetable rice

1 1/2 cups rice, medium grained
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup carrots, grated
3/4 cup tofu, grated
3/4 cup snap beans, cooked with salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp beans, black, dry
1 tbsp lentils
1 tsp ginger
1 cup onion chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tofu and vegetable rice

  1. Cook rice, keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in pan, saute cumin add onions saute, add grated carrots, ginger, add sesame seeds, lentils salt, tofu, saute for two minutes. Add rice. mix well. serve hot with cucumber raita.
