This is a great vegan option when grilling! Don't forget your skewers!

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu & Vegetable Kabobs

16 cherry tomatoes
1 onion (or several small sweet ones)
1 lb tofu
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
8 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Tofu & Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Cut up any vegetables and tofu where necessary. Cut the tofu into 8 cubes and the other vegetables into pieces that can be skewered.

  2. Layer vegetables and tofu on the skewer. Season as desired.

  3. Put on hot grill for 10 minutes or until heated through.
