16 oz Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Extra Firm
6 oz Carrots, Baby
2 cup slices Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 cap Portabella Mushroom Caps
1 large Onions
0.5 cup, shredded Coconut Meat
1 cup Coconut Milk, Frozen (Liquid Expressed From Grated Meat And Water)
1 oz Sugars, Brown
3 oz Curry Paste
1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil

Recipe Directions for Tofu & Vegetable Curry (yellow curry)

Start cooking carrots and onions in grapeseed oil. When carrots are soft add all ingredients. Bring to boil then turn down and simmer for 20 minutes.
