2 oz Tofu, Firm
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
5 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 serving Flour Tortillas
1 serving Sour cream reduced fat
0.5 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
0.5 Medium Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Tofu Tacos

  1. 1. Crumble & fry the tofu

  2. 2. Stir in sliced peppers and onions

  3. 3. Stir in the chili sauce & other hot sauces / flavorings desired

  4. 4. Serve on a soft taco shell with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and sour cream
