Quick and easy vegetarian tofu dish

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Surprise

700 gram tofu, cubed
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup frozen green peas
2 tbsp salad oil
20 grams Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 Peppers, hot, green chili
1 clove garlic
10 grams fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp turmeric

Recipe Directions for Tofu Surprise

  1. Cut tofu into cubes, drain while you:

  2. slice onion into long slivers

  3. dice green chili

  4. Saute onions, chili, garlic and ginger in oil until onions just begin to brown

  5. Turn down heat, add frozen peas cook 1 minute

  6. Add Garam Masala and Tumeric cook 1 minute

  7. Raise heat slightly and add tofu. Stir, cook another 5 minutes.

  8. Serve and garnish with Parmesan cheese and soy sauce
