Recipe Ingredients for tofu sun dry tomatoes

400 g firm tofu
4 cloves of garlic
150 g sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained
40 g basil

Recipe Directions for tofu sun dry tomatoes

  1. drain the tomatoes and shred in small peices

  2. add crushed garlic to the tomatoes

  3. add the tofu and mix the lot (with your hands it works well)

  4. add the shredded Basil, and mix

  5. serve on a toast, with a salad or some vegetable or pasta
