Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Stroganoff

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
191 grams Onions
95 grams Bell Pepper Red
14 oz Tofu, Extra Firm
180 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
123 grams Better Than Sour Cream
2 oz Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Tofu Stroganoff

  1. Boil the egg noodle while preparing the rest of it. I used frozen corn and cooked it in the same water as the egg noodles to save time.

  2. Start out by chopping the onion and bell pepper.

  3. Cut tofu up into 1" cubes.

  4. Add oil to a non-stick pan and add onion and bell pepper. Add tofu. Cook all together until onions are soft and tofu is golden brown.

  5. Reduce heat to low and add the rest of the ingredients.

  6. Add the cooked egg noodles, serve.
