vegan, gluten free yummys when u use the wheatfree soy sauce like i do :)

Recipe Ingredients for tofu stirfry

1/2 onion
2 tsp garlic
1 med green pepper
1/3 cup tofu
1/2 tsp tahini
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for tofu stirfry

  1. put 1/4 cup rice w/ 1/2 cup water (add a few tbsp water more) on back stove top burner and let cook while preparing the rest of meal...

  2. cut green peppers into strips, and tofu into little flat rectangles (cooks best this way)...

  3. sautee onion garlic w/ no cal oil spray...

  4. nuke green peppers so still a little firm...

  5. brown sides of tofu...

  6. put tahini, soy sauce & ginger in liquid measuring cup add a little water or oil...

  7. pour liquid mixture on top of tofu & let simmer till the liquid is saucey...

  8. add green peppers...cook on low for 5 mins

  9. ENJOY!!!
