3 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 package Extra Firm
2 serving Hoisin Sauce Asian Specialty Sauce
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tuscany
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Stir fry tofu first. remove and add veggies, garlic last. add tofu back with hot sauce, and hoisin sauce. put on top of rice
