Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Stir-Fry

5 oz (Wildwood) SprouTofu Extra Firm
16 oz (Trader Joe's) Stir-Fry Vegetables
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 serving (Ralph's) Teriyaki Marinade

Recipe Directions for Tofu Stir-Fry

  1. Press and cube tofu; fry until browned in 1/2 T oil. Remove tofu and keep warm.

  2. Stir fry vegetables in remaining oil over high heat. When done, add tofu and teriyaki marinade. Continue to heat for 1 minute until well blended and heated through.
