tofu and vegetables, you'll have to add the sauce (such as pad thai) and the starch (rice noodles, or rice, etc)

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu stir-fry

2 lbs. tofu
2 red peppers
1 yellow pepper
2 cups bean sprouts
2 eggs, scrambled
2 cups broccoli
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup scallions
1/4 cup safflower oil

Recipe Directions for Tofu stir-fry

  1. chunk the tofu up, fry until golden

  2. slice the peppers, add to hot wok with oil/sesame oil

  3. when peppers begin to soften, add egg, bean sprouts, and other veggies

  4. add sauce (not included), tofu to warm through

  5. serve over rice noodles or rice
