Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Stir Fry

6 oz tofu
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
3/4 cup sliced carrots
2 green onions
2 cloves garlic
2 T sauce, stir fry
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 c cooked brown rice

Recipe Directions for Tofu Stir Fry

Stir-fry tofu and 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cup sliced carrots, 2 green onions, and 2 cloves garlic in 2 T reduced sodium stir fry sauce and 2 teaspoons olive oil. Serve over 2/3 c cooked brown rice.
