Tofu Stir Fry Recipe

Best if Tofu is marinated for 12 hours or overnight once already baked before use.

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Stir Fry

6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
3 garlic cloves (roasted)
1 block tofu

Recipe Directions for Tofu Stir Fry

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together

  2. Pour mix over bite sized tofu (I use Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Extra Firm)

  3. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 mins

  4. Ready to use for stir fry or let tofu cool and but in fridge over night (gets even tastier) and then use.
