Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Stir Fry

1/2 cup Tofu, Firm
0.25 cup, strips or slices Carrots
84 grams Bok Choy
2 serving Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
0.25 cup, chopped Broccoli
3 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tofu Stir Fry

  1. Cut tofu into quarter-inch squares and marinate for 30 minutes in the teriyaki sauce.

  2. While the tofu is marinating, chop all of the vegetables

  3. Throw the vegetables in a wok and fry them in the olive oil until cooked all the way through.

  4. By now, the tofu should be fully marinated; throw the tofu and the teriyaki sauce into the wok and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.

  5. Strain the remaining sauce and serve on top of white or brown rice.
