Use 1/4 C oil for frying tofu-wanted to get cc correct as the oil is used for frying then tossed out**Couldnt find chili paste in data base**

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Stir Fry/Orange Beef Style

1/8 c vegetable oil,for frying
1/4 c cornstarch
16 oz extra firm tofu
2 T soy sauce
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c water
1 T sugar
1 t chili paste
1 t cornstarch
1 T vegetable oil
2 carrots,sliced

Recipe Directions for Tofu Stir Fry/Orange Beef Style

  1. Heat 1/4 c oil in wok over medium high heat

  2. Put 1/4 c crnstarch in a dish;press tofu slices into cornstarch to coat all sides

  3. Stir fry in wok for 5 minutes or till browned on all sides

  4. Drain tofu on paper towels Clean wok

  5. in a bowl mix the soy,orange juice, water, sugar, chili paste, and cornstarchtil smooth

  6. Heat the remaning 1T oil in wok and stir fry the carrots

  7. add sauce and bring to boil till thickened

  8. add tofu and continue cooking till coated with the sauce

  9. Serve with noodles or rice
