Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Spinach Wraps

7 oz Tofu, Firm
7 oz Spinach
2.5 oz Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
0.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 30ct
1/4 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Tofu Spinach Wraps

  1. Drain/dry tofu, spinach, and water chestnuts.

  2. Prepare rice as directed on packaging.

  3. Warm tortillas.

  4. Slice up tofu into strips.

  5. Mix cumin and garlic into rice. Spoon onto tortilla.

  6. Layer spinach, water chestnuts, and tofu onto tortilla.

  7. Roll up.
