Recipe Ingredients for tofu and spinach cannelloni

150 g pasta
200 g cottage cheese
200 g tofu
2 tablespoons pesto
400 g spinach
420 g tomatoes
30 g cheese

Recipe Directions for tofu and spinach cannelloni

  1. mix the tofu, cottage cheese, pesto and spinach together

  2. filled pasta tubes

  3. top with tomatoes (one tin chopped include sauce)

  4. sprinkle with cheese (I used a low fat cheese)

  5. bake at 180 for 40 minutes
