Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Soup

6 c Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth
454 g Kidney Beans, organic
170 g carrots, chopped
1 pkg Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu
288 g red potatoes
204 g zucchini, sliced
1/2 tbsp thyme
168 g yellow squash, sliced
60 g spinach

Recipe Directions for Tofu Soup

  1. Chop up carrots, potatoes & zucchini, then add to crockpot.

  2. Add beans and chicken broth to crockpot.

  3. Optional: brown tofu in pan, then slice into chunks and add to crockpot

  4. Season crockpot w/thyme or basil, pepper...

  5. Cook on high about 4 hours
