Recipe Ingredients for Tofu-Shrimp Stir Fry

6 oz Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Firm
1 serving Spectrum Organic Asian Stir Fry Oil (1 T is 14 g)
7 grams Ginger Root
1 large Onions
2 cloves garlic
10 oz Bok Choy
12 oz Napa Cabbage
3 oz Snow Peas
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
6 oz Shrimp
2 tbsp Hot Chili Sauce
2 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
7 grams Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Tofu-Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. -Heat 1/2 tsp oil in wok on high heat

  2. Add thinly sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant;

  3. Add quartered onions and stir fry until the become translucent at edges; add garlic and stir until garlic is fragrant; remove all to large bowl

  4. -Heat 1/2 tsp oil

  5. Add 1/2" cubes tofu & stir fry until browned; remove to bowl;

  6. -Heat 1/2 tsp oil

  7. Add diagonally-cut bok choy stems; stir fry one minute; add bok choy greens and stir fry until they begin to wilt (30 secs-1 min); remove to bowl;

  8. -Heat 1/2 tsp oil;

  9. Add sliced cabbage and stir fry until tender-crisp; remove to bowl

  10. -Heat 1/2 tsp oi;

  11. stir in snow peas (diagonally cut in half) and pepper strips; stir-fry until peppers are tender crisp; remove to bowl

  12. -Heat remaining oil

  13. Add Lite Soy Sauce and Hot Chili sauce--cook until bubbling then add contents of bowl and shrimp and stir fry until shrimp are barely done/pink.

  14. -Serve in large bowls garnished with chopped cilantro and scallions.
