The original recipe is from the vegan dad blog, this is a baked, slightly lazier version but still good for a quick lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu of the Sea v 2.0

1 lb tofu, extra firm
3 sheets nori
2 cups corn flakes
1 tbsp old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup soy milk

Recipe Directions for Tofu of the Sea v 2.0

  1. Use a food processor to turn cereal and spices into a breading.

  2. Slice (into 5 slices) and press tofu. Dampen tofu and wrap each slice with 1/2 a sheet of nori. Dip into soy milk and dredge in breading.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees until it starts to get golden brown. Flip and bake a few more mins, lowering heat if the breading is getting a little too crispy.
