Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Scramble Sammich

1/5 package Firm
2 slice Multi-Grain Oat
3 grams Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Organic
0.05 teaspoon Herb Seasoning Salt
0.13 tsp Turmeric Root

Recipe Directions for Tofu Scramble Sammich

  1. Brown some Turmuric in oil

  2. Drain and mash/crumble p tofu

  3. Add rest tumeric and salt to mashed tofu

  4. Scramble in nonstick pot

  5. Place between bread (you can also warm/toast bread in pot)

  6. Add two slices of sliced tomato and or avocado (optional)
