Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Scramble

14 ounces tofu
1 onion
1/2 cup green onions
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 red potatoes
2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tofu Scramble

saute onion and bell peppers in broth until starting to soften, about 5 minutes. add more broth as needed. add diced potato and saute (with broth) until soft. Stir in crumbled tofu. add salt and turmeric.
