Tofu scramble with veggies and nooch

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Scramble

1 med onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
16 oz extra firm tofu, drained and rinsed
1 scallion
1 cup kale
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp coriander
1 carrot
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tofu Scramble

  1. Dice/chop the veggies.

  2. Saute.

  3. Crumble tofu and add to the veggies till heated through

  4. Add spinach and spices and season with salt and pepper.
