Recipe Ingredients for Tofu scramble

1 block tofu
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Tofu scramble

Crumble the tofu into a pan. Add turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Stir and cook over medium or medium high heat for about 5 minutes. Add the vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are done and most of the water has evaporated.
