Tofu Scramble. A great substitute to scrambled eggs. Tofu and veggies all mixed together in one delicious meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Scramble

12 oz Extra Firm Tofu
2 tbsp chopped Chives
10 rings Onions
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Kidney Beans
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
4 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.9 serving Fancy Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Tofu Scramble

  1. Slice tofu into small squares and place into a large bowl.

  2. Mix/Scramble Tofu.

  3. Add olive oil to frying pan.

  4. Add tofu mixture to frying pan.

  5. Cook tofu on high heat, stirring from time to time, until tofu is lightly brown and has a puffy consistency. (Basically when the majority of the water has been sucked out.)

  6. Reduce heat and add all ingredients to pan.

  7. Stir mixture and let food simmer for a few minutes.
