This is the most flavorful scramble I've ever created.

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Scramble with Kale

0.13 block Tofu Organic Firm Style
2 serving Eggs
1/2 cup slices Carrots
0.13 cup chopped Scallions
1 clove Garlic
1 cup, chopped Kale
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tofu Scramble with Kale

  1. heat pan

  2. add olive oil

  3. add carrots and tofu stir-fry for a min

  4. add Kale and mix around

  5. add chopped garlic on top and scallions

  6. cover with lid, let sit for a minute.

  7. scramble the egg and add

  8. add tomatoes

  9. stir everything together, cook till egg is cooked through.

  10. serve as is, with a little sriracha and soy sauce, over a tiny bit of Jasmine rice.
