1/2 pound tofu, pressed dry between paper towels
1 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. dried oregano

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Keeps in fridge for 3 days.
