Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Ramen Stir Fry

15 oz Extra Firm Tofu
6 oz Top Ramen Ramen Noodle Soup
3 cup Chinese-Style Stirfry Blend
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tofu Ramen Stir Fry

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Drain tofu and pat dry. Slice the tofu into 1 inch cubes and place them in the heated pan.

  3. Let the tofu cook for about 5 mins on the first side to get a nice golden color.

  4. Flip the tofu and let cook for another 5 mins. Continue flipping the tofu in 5 minute intervals until you achieve the desired crispiness.

  5. Once the tofu is cooked to your liking, add the frozen stir-fry veggies. Reduce heat to medium and stir occasionally while continuing the rest of the steps.

  6. Sprinkle the mixture with soy sauce.

  7. At this point you can start boiling some water to cook the ramen noodles.

  8. Open the ramen packets and mix the seasoning packs with a little bit of warm water in a small bowl and set aside.

  9. Once the water is boiling, add all of the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 mins or until soft.

  10. With a fork, remove the noodles from the water and place them on top of the tofu and veggies in the pan.

  11. Sprinkle the seasoning/water mix over the noodles and mix well.

  12. Enjoy!
