Very healthy smoothie to enjoy post-workout or anytime of the day!

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Protein Smoothie

1 inch slice Silken Tofu
6 fl oz Vanilla
0.5 cup Mixed Fruit
0.25 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
16.5 g Elite 12 Hour Protein
1 teaspoon Truvia
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Tofu Protein Smoothie

Blend all ingredients to desired consistency. I usually like to add the ice, milk, spinach, and protein powder first and give it a few pulses before adding the rest. Makes 1 large smoothie (about 20 oz) or 2 smaller ones.
