Delicious tofu shake. I usually have it as a healthier substitute for a milkshake.

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Protein Shake

8 oz extra firm tofu (one block approx)
2 cups milk or 1 cup ice cream
3 tbsp Chocolate - Powder
1 banana
4 oz ice (approx 4 ice cubes)

Recipe Directions for Tofu Protein Shake

  1. Combine ingredients in blender on high speed for about 5 min.

  2. For thicker shake, use less milk. For thinner shakes, use more

  3. Add more chocolate, bananas, tofu if you desire
