Recipe Ingredients for tofu penne

5 oz. lite tofu
1/4 cup basil
1/4 cup parsley
1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp salt
14 oz whole wheat penne

Recipe Directions for tofu penne

  1. Simmer tofu in boiling water - 4 min Drain and procss with basil, parsley, almonds, oil, gaarlic, and salt until smooth.

  2. Cook pasta. Drain well and toss with sauce.
