0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 serving wild wood tofu
15 grams Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.25 cup Sauce, Pasta, Spaghetti/marinara, Ready-to-serve

Recipe Directions for Tofu Parmesan Fry

  1. Chop the firm tofu into smaller portions, fry it on a skillet with the vegetables until ready, then set on plate and top with hot marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.

  2. (optional) add seasoning and spices to taste.
