Recipe Ingredients for tofu/mixed veggies w/basil and brown rice

1 cup mixed vegetables
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 oz tofu
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup brown rice, cooked

Recipe Directions for tofu/mixed veggies w/basil and brown rice

  1. brown tofu - set aside

  2. stir fry veggies in oil, sprinkle with flour and pour in chicken broth. Stir till thickened.

  3. serve over brown rice
