Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Mayo

2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
4 oz tofu, soft
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tofu Mayo

Blend all ingredients together using a food processer, and refriderate. Use as needed in salads and sandwhiches.
