Adapted from Louise Hagler's Tofu Cookery. A tasty and healthy tofu meatloaf alternative :) Also, Vegan and Gluten free (if you are using GF oats).

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Loaf

350 grams Tofu, Firm
0.17 cup Ketchup
0.17 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
15 grams Parsley
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 cup, dry, yields Oats
0.5 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Tofu Loaf

Mash the tofu, mix all ingredients together. It doesn't really matter what order. Bake in a greased loaf pan for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
