A nice way to eat tofu. Also good for sandwich filling cold.

Recipe Ingredients for tofu loaf

28 ounces tofu
1 2/3 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup ketchup
5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for tofu loaf

  1. Blend the ingredients

  2. press into non - stick loaf pan

  3. bake at 350 for 1 hour

  4. let cool 15 minutes loosen sides and invert over a platter to remove

  5. can garnish with ketchup on top or sprigs of parsley on the sides

  6. makes 8 servings
