Recipe Ingredients for tofu lasagne

13.93 oz Lite Firm tofu
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.18 cup Fat Free Milk
2 cup Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 cup Fat Free Cheese mozzarella shredded
1 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
8 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 cup Smart Ground (original) crumbled
6 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Noodles

Recipe Directions for tofu lasagne

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. 2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

  3. 3. In a medium bowl combine tofu, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, milk, spaghetti sauce, meat substitute crumbles,

  4. parsley and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spread a layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  5. 4. Layer lasagna noodles with the sauce mixture, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  6. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
