Recipe Ingredients for Tofu and Kale Scramble

3.5 cup, chopped Kale
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1.5 large Onions
2 serving Regular Soy Sauce
12 serving Sol Cuisine Firm Tofu

Recipe Directions for Tofu and Kale Scramble

  1. Fry the onions in 1 tbsp of olive oil

  2. After the onions are soft, add the mushrooms and fry for a few more minutes

  3. Crush the tofu and add soy sauce, then add to mushrooms and onions cooking for about 5 minutes

  4. Add the kale, cover and cook until tender 5 to 10 minutes
