Recipe Ingredients for tofu egg(less) egg salad

1 block firm tofu, drained
1/3 cup yogurt (or mayo)
1/3 cup sweet relish
1/2 tsp. rice wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
1/2 tsp. celery salt (or stalk celery)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tablespoon mustard

Recipe Directions for tofu egg(less) egg salad

  1. In medium bowl mash tofu with a fork. Add all ingredients and stir together until well blended.

  2. Serve on sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes

  3. or on crackers.
