Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Egg Salad

12 oz tofu, firm
3 tbsp mayonnaise, light
1/4 tsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp pickle relish, sweet
2 tbsp minced celery
1/8 tsp pepper, red

Recipe Directions for Tofu Egg Salad

  1. Drain tofu and pat dry with paper towels. Crumble or cube tofu into medium bowl.

  2. In another bowl blend all other ingredients and add to tofu.

  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
