Looks interesting. In other words, I have no clue what to put in this field but I can't save the recipe without populating it. So. How about those [insert sports team of choice], huh?

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu and Edamame Stew

2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium yellow onion
1/2 c chopped celery
2 garlic cloves
2 medium yukon gold potatoes
1 c edamame, shelled
2 c zuchini
1/2 c peas
1 tsp savory
1/2 tsp sage
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 1/2 c vegetable broth
1 pound extra firm tofu
2 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Tofu and Edamame Stew

  1. In large saucepan heat 1 tbsp oil and add onion, celery and garlic. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until soft.

  2. Add potatoes, edamame, zuchini, peas, seasonings and broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat and add salt & pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, heat remaining oil. Cut tofu into 1/2" dice and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

  4. Add to stew in last 10 minutes together with parsley.
