Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Curry Scramble

1 block Tofu, Firm
4.5 grams Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Tofu Curry Scramble

Sautee the chopped garlic and chopped onion in olive oil in a large skillet. Allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until onion turns soft. Add remaining ingredients except spinach and cook, stirring frequently for another 5 minutes or so, until tofu is hot and cooked, adding more oil if needed.
