Delicious vegetarian dinner. Great to make for the week then keep in the fridge and reheat for various meals throughout week. VERY easy to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Tofu Cream Bake

1 cup half and half
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons light sour cream
1/2 green onion
1 block tofu

Recipe Directions for Tofu Cream Bake

  1. combine half & half, soy sauce, and sour cream. Mix well with spoon or fork.

  2. slice tofu into appx. 5 pieces. Place over each other like a fan in baking dish.

  3. Pour cream mixture over tofu until completely submerged.

  4. Sprinkle green onion pieces (cut) over dish.

  5. Place in oven on 450 for 30 to 40 minutes.
